Photography and illustration, print on hand-made Lokta, 50×70 cm

The exhibition “Faces”, presented as part of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, features students and professors from the Faculty of Theology. This series of twelves portraits is inspired by the various representations of Christ in art history.  The figure of Christ is reinterpreted through the use of different techniques (photography and illustration), the  artisanal medium on which the photographs are printed, and the participation of six men and six women – people of different origins and ages.
